Vote Delayed on Holton Project

Vote Rescheduled for May 10

Late morning, MB city officials decided to put off the vote on the Holton project off, until the Commission’s next meeting – May 10th! 

Why did the meeting get delayed?

Well, the city attorney, Mr. Trask, said indirectly that the city was not sure if it had properly notified us (the public) about the meeting.  If they did not do it properly – and approved the rezoning and PD – the vote might be legally challenged!

April 6 Special Meeting

Special Meeting and Agenda

The City Manager has called a Special Commissioners Meeting, posted April 5th, for a meeting at 6 p.m. at City Hall on April 6th.

Apparently the City Manager is going to talk about his relationship(s) with city employee Cheryl Rodde and others, with contractors, and developers.

Apparently, the agenda does not include the legal action filed against the city by residents concerning the city’s Comprehensive Plan.  (More information about this soon.)
